I can’t say enough good things about Darrin at Heiser Toyota. I found a car I wanted so badly but I’m in another state so I was prepared for that to be difficult. I also was coming off a bad dealership experience elsewhere so hesitant is the perfect word for what I was feeling. I got so incredibly lucky when Darrin was the one who reached out. He stayed at work until 10pm helping me get together everything I needed to so he could get me in the car. I drove 5 hours to Heiser & wow. Darrin was great over the phone but even better in person. He had so much patience, kindness & he knows what he is talking about when it comes to cars. I never felt pressured or like I was getting in over my head. He made sure to ensure I was comfortable with everything & also confident in what I was purchasing. I can’t say enough good things about him.
