Darrin was understanding and professional with my request to see different vehicles. He was great to get me a lower interest. I was so concerned about the interested that I didn't realize I overpaid for my v to see different vehicles. He was great to get me a lower interest. I didn't realize that a permaplate add on was attached to my deal. Darrin didn't answer my question to what is was and the finance person Dong Kim (DK) told me it was required for all new vehicles. After my paperwork was completed Darrin told me if wasn't required. I woke up instantly with buyers remorse. More

We needed a car for our twin sons as they head off to college. After exhaustive research, trips to numerous dealerships, call backs & emails with other sales people we met Darrin. He responded to my email and followed up with a phone call. He wasn’t pushy just informative. He just stood out & made the difference. Darrin understands people don’t like to be “sold” they want to have their needs met. We bought the car but most importantly we now have a relationship with someone we trust.
