Worth the drive Yes. I can honestly say it was worth the 9 hour round trip from Texas to get the courtesy professionalism and the savings that we received at Bart Yes. Shady Business Sold my mom a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse on July 3rd. Before deciding to buy we were told that all major components had been gone over and checked. Less Sold my mom a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse on July 3rd. Before deciding to buy we were told that all major components had been gone over and checked. Less than a week later she found out the front right strut was blown. 2 more weeks later she finds out that it needs a new transmission which is $3,918. Mechanic informs us that if the car had been checked as we were told, they should have known the transmission was bad by how burnt and dirty the fluid was. Now my disabled mother has no vehicle to drive because she has no way of paying to get it fixed. Either we were lied to about it being checked, the person who looked it over doesn’t know what they’re doing, or they knew it but didn’t want anyone to know. Now I wish we had never bought from this place and went somewhere else, especially after they were trying to get us to take it home even before my mom had an approved loan. We kept getting shifted to different people through this process with 4 or 5 people being involved in this, I honestly lost count. Messaged them on Facebook through their page, and not surprisingly, they ignored my message. We will never do business here again and will make sure no one we know does either. Almost forgot about the employee who sat down with us while we were waiting and was eating cookies and talking while eating them. More
