Was disappointed with I believe was the GM, Josh? Was not willing to negotiate at all even though an offer online was lower! We made him aware of this while we were at the dealership.still he wouldn't go lower until after we left to return home which was a forty-five minute drive! Again, Steven was friendly and nice to work with. More

Not the typical car buying experience After having numerous challenging encounters with car salesmen in Tulsa, I decided to call Honda of Bartlesville. Fortunately the salesman answering the phone was Beebe Stephenson. It was an easy exchange of information where I described what I wanted and determined if this was a person who would not frustrate me and could deliver on what I wanted. He listened intently, was very thorough, detailed and informative and stayed within the parameters that I had laid out in the first phone call. I looked at 4 possibilities matching my criteria; test drove 1 and easily made my decision. Going to Honda of Bartlesville was a wonderful experience. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone at anytime and I learned that Beebe was a great person to have on your side and was also well respected by his peers. More

Low stress car buying experience We just bought a 2015 Honda CRV from Honda of Bartlesville. This is the second Honda we have bought from them. The price we paid was significantly We just bought a 2015 Honda CRV from Honda of Bartlesville. This is the second Honda we have bought from them. The price we paid was significantly lower than CRVs we priced at other dealerships in Oklahoma. Josh and David both were very quick to respond to my e-mails and phone messages. I was able to find out the total price before I even left my house. We drove to Bartlesville, test drove the CRV, and bought it for the price we were quoted. No negotiating or pushy sales tactics. We were in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes. Very positive car buying experience. More

Great sales experience, but poor delivery experience. I received internet pricing that could not be beat by any dealer in the area. It was easy to walk into the dealership and know what I was going to pay I received internet pricing that could not be beat by any dealer in the area. It was easy to walk into the dealership and know what I was going to pay for the vehicle without the hassle. I would definitely recommend for their sales tactics. It is much easier than spending hours haggling to get close to the same deal. That is the whole reason that I drove an hour and a half to buy here. My two issues with the process were getting through the sales office and the condition of the vehicle at delivery. We arrived at the dealership around 10:00, and it was noon when we decided on the vehicle, and it took another 2 1/2 hours to get through the finance office. The finance office is where the haggling happens with interest rates and extended warranties. So prepare yourself for that. So after waiting 2 1/2 hours to get through financing, we were in a rush to leave the dealership(we had to get back to pick up kids from school). We didn't have an opportunity to have the salesman go through the car and demonstrate the options. We also didn't have time to completely inspect the vehicle since we were so late. So we got in the car and left. On the way home, we discovered that someone with very dirty/greasy fingers had gotten black smudges all over the headliner and visors. It was very disappointing to discover that even though their people checked that they inspected everything on the pre-delivery inspection sheet that was provided, they did not actually physically check all of the vehicle. I have to wonder what else they didn't actually check. Had it not been for this problem, this dealership would have rated 5 stars. More
