How crazy is that???? I traded in a 2014 Prius V and got a very very fair value on it. The negotiations were simple. The financing was easy and quick. This is the second vehicle we have bought with them. One was an amazing Bargin Row Tahoe and this was a Certified Honda Pilot. We couldn't be more pleased. More

Car shopping is NOT one of those experiences I enjoy primarily because of the 'BS' thrown by most sales people I've dealt with over the past 50 years. I found the 'crew' at Honda of Bartlesville a genuine change from the usual experience. Our salesman, Darrin, was patient, answered all of my wife's numerous, and I'm sure, mundane questions, made sure she understood the 'controls and features' of the Pilot and that this was the vehicle she wanted. The gentleman who handled the financing helped me find a local financial institution that would finance the vehicle 'my way', a VERY important part of my car buying decision. I would definitely be recommending Honda of Bartlesville to friends!! More

Before I made the trip to tulsa there, I had called and talked to a salesman. They had the vehicle I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted outside by the salesman I visited on the phone with. He took me to a large selection of the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. We took it for a spin and he explained all the features about the car in depth as well as answered all my questions. I had a trade in so they gave me the cost of the vehicle I would be purchasing and also my trade in with the cost. I took a little time that day to think it over and went back and hour later to buy the car. Finance went very smooth and I also had my questions answered there also.
