I had a great experience working with Darris Bailey at the Richardson location and definitely wanted to take the time to leave him a review. I commute back and forth between Plano and Houston, and I or the Richardson location and definitely wanted to take the time to leave him a review. I commute back and forth between Plano and Houston, and I originally planned to compare dealerships in both areas before making a decision. I actually never made it to the Houston dealerships because Darris put in the effort to get both the vehicle deal and my trade in to a level I was comfortable with. When we needed to work through the numbers a little further, he partnered with Kamryn, the Assistant Sales Manager, and together they were able to maximize the deal and get everything to a place that worked for me. Darris was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out just as much as the deal itself was the attention to detail. I had to leave during the process to pick up my daughter from daycare and then come back, and both Darris and Kamryn were wonderful with her. They interacted with her, held her for a while, and she didn’t cry at all with them. They also went above and beyond when it was time to switch vehicles. They helped move all of my belongings from my old car into the new one and even helped organize everything similarly to how I had it before. That saved me a significant amount of time later. Darris made sure my new vehicle was detailed, washed, clean, and ready to go. He helped set up the electronics and features, and because they knew I would be putting my baby in the car, he even had the air conditioning running so the vehicle was already cooled down by the time we were ready to leave. Those little details made a big difference. If you’re shopping at the Richardson location, ask for Darris Bailey. He will put in the work, and when additional help is needed to get the numbers where they need to be, he has a great partnership with Kamryn to help make it happen. I truly appreciated the effort from both of them and had a great experience. I would absolutely do business with them again. More
