I bought my 2019 Highlander here and had issues when I bought with the sales team. The manager did make it right. Today I was deceived by a service tech. I scheduled an oil change and paid $381 out the do bought with the sales team. The manager did make it right. Today I was deceived by a service tech. I scheduled an oil change and paid $381 out the door. Do not use Darryl Cesario as he is not honest. He added the 50k work to the sheet but never asked me about it and never said he was adding it. When I was leaving I confronted him about it and he said I signed for it. I could have signed over my first born. Never had I had issues like this in the past. All others took the time to explain everything. More

They'll charge you whatever they want and will not honor what they promised. When there to service my front brakes, I presented a coupon I found online which included installation of front or rear pads for what they promised. When there to service my front brakes, I presented a coupon I found online which included installation of front or rear pads for $159.95, the service tech told me they were going to inspect the rotors and see if they could be resurfaced and if not they will need to be replaced. Rotors were replaced and I was charged for resurface service as well which doesn't make sense at all, I spoke with the service manager and he couldn't explain why I was charged extra $75 dls of labor, he ended up giving me a free oil change and said he couldn't give me a refund, never going back to service any of my vehicles there. More

Top Notch!!!! My Experience with Elgin Toyota has always been excellent through the years. My favorite Sales person is Marlon Poole. Treated me like gold again! The guys at Elgin Toyota have always been outstanding for all my car issues. I had a code pop up and make driving almost impossible, very little power. I limped into the dealership, and within a few minutes, they had a loaner, helped me switch out all the kids car seats (so much easier with help) and had me back to our family event in no time! Repair was done quick, and explained so I could understand it, and back on the road. These guys have always treated me like gold, and it is appreciated!!! More

Purchased a certified used Camry from the dealer a few months ago; have brought it in 3 times to have a severe leftward pull checked. Each time they have said it was fixed; each time when I drive it home months ago; have brought it in 3 times to have a severe leftward pull checked. I will never return to this dealer to purchase a vehicle or have service performed on a vehicle. More

I have been taking my car to Elgin Toyota for several years for scheduled maintenance on my 2008 Yaris, and the service has always been excellent. When I had an issue with recent brake service, Ankeet and Darryl were exceptional in listening to my issue and taking care of the problem. They took the time to explain the previous service and what could have caused the issue to persist while taking great care to take another look at my vehicle free of charge and make the adjustments. They provided me with a loaner car so they could make sure the job was done right and minimized the inconvenience to me. They promptly returned any phone calls and kept me up-to-date on my car's progress. They do appreciate their customers and will go above and beyond to resolve issues and make sure that service is done correctly. As I noted, I have been taking my car there for years without any problems, whereas other dealers in the area have not addressed concerns and have tried to up-sell unnecessary service. Elgin does not, and I appreciate them for that. It is a clean, efficient facility, and we will be comfortable bringing our car back even after what could have been a negative experience. More

The Service Department at Elgin Toyota is an unsung hero of the operation. I've been bringing my cars here for 11 years and am very pleased. While I have 2-3 other Toyota stores closer to me, I go to Elgin of the operation. I've been bringing my cars here for 11 years and am very pleased. While I have 2-3 other Toyota stores closer to me, I go to Elgin because I have confidence in their work. And that was a major factor in my recently purchasing my new Venza at Elgin Toyota. I picked Elgin in large part because I wanted to continue a strong relationship that makes me feel good about my investment. I've come to know Darryl Cesario over many years and everything I've ever asked of him has been taken care of with dispatch and professionalism. I rely on my vehicles, I benefit from taking care of them, the Highlander I traded had 233,000 miles on it...and Elgin Toyota is a strong partner in my goals. More
