Great car buying experience! I had been searching on-line for weeks for a specific vehicle. I finally found the vehicle I wanted at Perkins. When Darryl approached me, I told him what I was looking for and before I could finish with the details, he knew exactly what vehicle I was referring too. I was impressed that he knew the inventory and quickly found the vehicle I was looking for. The process was quick, precise and the professionalism was great. Got a great deal on the vehicle, had plenty of vehicles to choose from even though we picked out the exact vehicle we wanted online the night before. Very friendly employees, willing to help. Darryl called me a couple days later to see if I had any questions about the vehicle or the process, which was very nice and helpful. The only downfalls I had during my experience, was it took a bit longer than we wanted it to, but some of that may have been our fault. The only other complaint I had was the "detailing" that they did was very hurried. I understand that they wanted to get us out of there and the car came in a couple days prior pretty dirty, so it wasn't showroom ready, but I was not satisfied with how well the service department cleaned it at all. More

I did a lot of research and was very selective of the car I would choose. When the vehicle Darryl showed me was missing a few things I wanted, I was ready to shop elsewhere but he came through and went the extra mile for me. He has sold my family members cars before and always performed with excellence. I liked working with him and felt there was never any games or gray areas. I would highly recommend him at this dealership. However, there was a misunderstanding among the finance people and it was not in my favor. Furthermore, the manor I was treated made me feel like I was not being respected or valued as a customer by the finance department. This concerned me enough that I felt I had to mention in spite of the superior service of the salesman. In the end, Darryl re-reminded the finance people of the conversation, they called the bank (which should have been done first) and the rate I was first told I would have was given to me. Thus I did leave the lot with the agreed upon price and a vehicle I am very pleased with. The only reason I chose this car over the other five I was looking at both in Colorado Springs and Denver was due completely to the honest, professional, and exceptional care of Darryl Champion. More
