Had a fantastic experience at this dealership. Had an entire day of looking at used vehicles at various dealerships with my Son and worked with several salesmen from said dealerships. This is a tough market right now for used cars and we were getting discouraged till Mr. Darryl 'Doc' Cash rolled up on a golf cart at Weber Chevrolet to see how we were doing. We were basically just looking at the time that day. Darryl understood, but was patient with us. Had us test drive a vehicle that was good but not great. After that, he asked us several questions and brought over a beautiful 2016 Chevy Malibu. It had what we were looking for as far as safety, bells and whistles, etc. Mr. Cash listened, showed us all the features, and even showed us all the Chevy Checks that are done on their used vehicles. He was straight forward and most importantly, made my Son, who was buying his first car with his money, feel like a true adult customer. Mr. Cash also gave my Son some important life lessons on credit and being responsible for his car note and the importance of shaking a hand and looking in the eyes of the person you are doing business with. Mr. Cash was great and so was Jim from the finance department. Again, respect, helping my Son understand interest rates, warranties, and what a credit report consists of. I am very thankful to the amazing staff at Weber. Their hospitality, their attention to detail, and just the way they operate their business. Thanks again Weber Chevrolet! More
