We actually saw a car on line that we were interested in. I called and set an appointment. They assigned us to Darryl Mercer. He handled the process professionally. During the visit the General Manager Mit I called and set an appointment. They assigned us to Darryl Mercer. He handled the process professionally. During the visit the General Manager Mitchell Axelrod stopped over and introduced himself to us. After agreeing to purchase the SUV, we then had to sit with the finance woman to finish all the paperwork. Darryl then took me to the car and helped enroll in On Star. All and all it was a smooth process and I highly recommend you ask for Darryl Mercer. More
