Overall really good experience. Visited dealership on three occasions to complete the transition. Good experience in all visits and efficient to the process. Low pressure sales with good followup. Dealership was limited by programs offered by Acura which was disappointing on the MDX-PMC. The hand off process could be approved for a luxury brand highlighting services and future support. Reference from Yark BMW was better for an area to approve. More

I purchased 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan in February of this year, unknown at time of purchase that over $8,000.00 in repairs were needed and related to safety, air bad pods, leaking sun roof, turbo boost, & su year, unknown at time of purchase that over $8,000.00 in repairs were needed and related to safety, air bad pods, leaking sun roof, turbo boost, & sun shade that tore apart within the same week. Needless to say I’m very disappointed. After meeting with the sales manager to see what they could do to assist with the repairs and I quote “there is nothing we can do”. That was the bottom line. Buyers be aware. More
