The total experience with Ft. Myers Infiniti was pleasant from the QX80 drive, to the sale and finance. I am looking forward in doing future business with this dealership. Horrible customer service skills. Customers should be treated with the upmost respect. Once deal was made they became very rude and hostile. Will never to business here again.
