Daryl Williams showed me the cars I was interested in and offered opportunities to see and drive others. He couldn't have been more accommodating and personable. He is a great salesperson without the frantic pushing for a sale and without the feeling of insincerity that often accompanies these salespeople. He introduced me to others who could help and I enjoyed talking with all of them, including Chuck Johnson with whom I had a very interesting conversation while I signed a million papers. It's a great team--it made me glad to have bought a car there because I know that when I go back for maintenance or a car wash I will be in competent and friendly hands. More

Contact was maintained without any pressure or hard sell. All information was provided promptly. My initial contact was via e-mail. Once I entered the dealership, I found the experience to be pleasant and efficient. No wasted time waiting around. My sales representative, Darryl, was ready for me and was very helpful. Chuck, my finance manager, had all of my paperwork in order and was able to clearly explain the various options offered. The paperwork was painless and handled quickly. The tutorial of the car with Christian was a lot to try and take in, but it was thorough and with additional help available as necessary, I was satisfied with my basic understanding of the car when I drove it off the lot. I'm looking forward to working with Debbie for the service and maintenance of my Lexus. More

We first test drove a NX with Devyn since Daryl was not available. After the test drive we settled on the RX 350 and wanted to wait on the 2020 RX 350 model. Darlyn keep in touch with us for months until the 2020 model came in. when I came back in before Thanksgiving we were in luck to see a 2020 preowned with really low mileage which we purchased on the spot. through this process everyone was top notch from Daryl and his son Devyn to the Delivery Specialist Kenny Turner and others. The feel we got was that this was a top notch organization that the employee are Family. More
