He helped me understand the differences in lease programs and paired me up with Daryl Williams to go into product details. When we finally decided to move forward, everyone made it super easy, especially their Finance Manager, Frank Justin. We were able to review all of the paperwork from home, complete this deal from Tampa ahead of time and just show up to pick up our new Lexus IS 200t. Vehicle was cleaned and ready and all of the window tinting was completed in advance. I think it took us less than 30 minutes to drive away and start enjoying this wonderful vehicle. I never felt pressured and he answered all our questions honestly and with a smile. By the time we left with our new car I felt like we have been friends with Daryl for a long time. I was very impressed with the service waiting room and how they all make sure everyone is comfortable as they wait for the completion of their service. I felt like everyone there made a point to smile and greet you as you walked through the halls. We definitely will consider buying another Lexus in the future and plan on working with Daryl Williams again. More
