Me and my husband came in a few weeks ago to buy a car for an older family member. Hannah helped us not only acquire a desired car, but she also helped us with other needs including obtaining an extra key for an older family member. I leased my 2026 Lexus a few weeks ago. I was very specific about the options I wanted and all but one thing was perfect. However. I was very unhappy about the one item being unavailable. However, the General Manager, manager, Head of service and lead technician worked extremely hard and did resolve the issue. I could not have been more impressed with their dedication to customer service and professionalism! Even the corporate Lexus personnel did not have confidence that we could resolve my issue; Sarasota Lexus continued to work diligently and efficiently and resolved my issue. I was constantly kept informed and assured that if we could not resolve my issues that we would find another solution to ensure that I was satisfied. Unbelievable customer service. More

The service department, especially now that Jason Peters has been promoted, is solid and I believe reliable and trustworthy despite the constraints they have to cope with under Morgan ownership. In contras has been promoted, is solid and I believe reliable and trustworthy despite the constraints they have to cope with under Morgan ownership. In contrast, the sales department continues to be dreadful. It took the finance department to ultimately sort out the mess on a lease buy-out that took far too many hours and 4 visits. Of note, Lexus Financial Services, a division of Toyota Motor Corporation, is atrocious and added insult to injury on this matter. The tension between LFS and the dealers and indeed Lexus itself is evident. LFS now has two formal complaints registered with them, still without a proper follow-up from Cynthia Tenhouse, VP Marketing, as repeatedly requested. Lexus's ad campaign offers, "Experience Awesome". As a career global ad executive, this corporation knows that to fulfill such a promise it must be delivered across all touch points and when it is not, even when its product is terrific, its brand equity will suffer! More
