He was quickly able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for, with an expected arrival date of 2 weeks.   Matt made the buying experience truly painless.  After several phone calls and emails we had everything in place. It was such an easy transaction. Matt was professional, personable, thorough, and most accommodating.   When we picked up our vehicle, Matt was even more pleasurable and made us feel most welcome and comfortable.  Daryl gave us an in-depth tutorial of all our new vehicle's functions -- he was delightful. Robert was honest from the start and did not engage us in any pressure or other sales tactics. Our questions and concerns were quickly answered and calls were quickly returned. When the car we were promised came in with a little paint damage, he was able to get us the exact same car by the next day. He fully explained the situation and clearly he remedied the situation immediately which we greatly appreciated. Daryl Williams explained the operation of the car as well as the meaning of all switches, buttons etc. and answered all questions. He was very kind and very knowledgeable.
