We trusted him to test drive the car, and give an honest review. We flew down from Tennessee, made the purchase, and were on our way back home in no time at all. An additional service provided by the dealership is transportation from surrounding airports. You can't beat that! Thank you to Steve. It took him less then 48 hours to locate,transport,inspect,detail,deliver my brand new NX 200 F Sport with Red interior. Here is what made the difference for me and made me a overnight, loyal costumer to Wilde and Terry Brown!!! He knew how special this day was for us /first brand new car ever/ so he came in on he's DAY OFF to hand deliver it for us. That action speaks for it self!!! Patrick was very responsive to each inquiry I made, but the thing that make his communication different from that I had experienced at several other central Florida dealers was his very detailed information about the car I was interested in. He not only knew exactly how the car was equipped but had driven in personally and could give me his personal impressions of the car. We were also able to negotiate a price for the car (including the allowance for my trade) very quickly, which had also not been my experience at other car dealers. The other very impressive feature of the purchase was my tutorial on the car with Daryl Williams. Daryl was extremely knowledgable about the car's features and was an excellent teacher. This is the first time I have ever had this opportunity with a new car and was very helpful. More
