Instead, he was an educator on the features and the benefits and one could tell he was very passionate about his job and his company. It took him less then 48 hours to locate,transport,inspect,detail,deliver my brand new NX 200 F Sport with Red interior. Here is what made the difference for me and made me a overnight, loyal costumer to Wilde and Terry Brown!!! Patrick was very responsive to each inquiry I made, but the thing that make his communication different from that I had experienced at several other central Florida dealers was his very detailed information about the car I was interested in. He not only knew exactly how the car was equipped but had driven in personally and could give me his personal impressions of the car. We were also able to negotiate a price for the car (including the allowance for my trade) very quickly, which had also not been my experience at other car dealers. The other very impressive feature of the purchase was my tutorial on the car with Daryl Williams. Daryl was extremely knowledgable about the car's features and was an excellent teacher. We found out about Wilde dealership through television advertisements. On our first visit we met Daryl Williams who was not only pleasant he was very, very knowledgeable about Lexus automobiles and offered a great deal of information about buying a luxury car, eventually we bought a 2015 RX 350. When my husband decided it was time to trade in his 2007 Toyota and since he was so impressed by my RX 350 he decided to shop for a Lexus. Based on our past experience Daryl was our pick for this transaction. We can not thank Dean Brown enough for the amount of time he spent with us explaining and working out all the details.
