BUT every Lexus dealership has provided us with excellent service. I would like to recommend a longer test drive course. It is difficult to settle on a car with just a short acquaintance with it. We kept our previous Lexus for over 20 years. Right up front, I wish we had a lot more time with Jenny Bethell since we went from a 2002 Lexus to a 2024 Lexus. We shall return and get more instructions from her after reading the Lexus books we got with the car. We did like the change of no car dealership games that we have experienced in the past. That was one reason we came to Sarasota Lexus instead of returning to Tampa Lexus where we purchased our last car. It left us with a very bad taste after the sale and one reason we have not purchased a car in the past 20 plus years. Paul Everett More
