Ford of Londonderry was a welcome surprise. No pressure, no selling extra paint sealer or any if the typical stuff dealerships pressure you to buy. Daryl started the buying experience by greeting us at the door. He asked questions to determine our needs. He provided a very thorough overview of the 2014 Ford Escape, showing many features that were not mentioned by online reviews. We had viewed other competing SUVs and found the Escape to be a better value, especially after Daryn showed all the features. Daryl knows his success is based on repeat customers and happy referrals. The negotiations were simple, straight forward. When we picked up the new Escape, Daryn reviewed each feature and took the time to review all of the features. This was by far the most pleasant and painless car buying experience, I will be recommending Ford of Londonderry and Daryn. More

This was our first visit to "Ford of Londonderry" even though we have been had Fords all our lives, we saw the truck we liked online and decided to pay a visit what an experience, it was Londonderry" even though we have been had Fords all our lives, we saw the truck we liked online and decided to pay a visit what an experience, it was a very hot & humid day everything was done to make us comfortable from the show room to the test drive (ice-cream, cold-drinks supplied). Daryn was very informative on all aspects of the sale, he knew all about he truck we were interested in, from mechanics to technology of the vehicle. Daryn was more than happy to answer questions about the truck days after the sale, we would have no problem going back to Ford of Londonderry and dealing with Daryn again. It was a good experience. More

I just bought a 2014 Ford Mustang GT and it is the second new car I have bought in my life. The first time I bought a car in Albany, NY, the experience was NOT pleasant. This was NOT the case at the Ford of new car I have bought in my life. The first time I bought a car in Albany, NY, the experience was NOT pleasant. This was NOT the case at the Ford of Londonderry dealership. From the moment I showed up, Daryn Turner was very professional and helpful. He was knowledgable about what cars were on the lot and knowledgable of the car itself. There was no pressure to buy the car. I didn't buy the car the first time at the dealership, but I came back the next day to test drive it again and that is when I pulled the trigger. It was raining on that day so I was not able to look over the car with a fine tooth comb like I would like, so I was going to do it when I came to pick up the car. When I showed up to pick up the car, Daryn informed me that he went through the process himself. He showed me that he found a scratch on the front and marks on the fender. He offered right away to take care of the blemishes with no charge. I agreed to this and I was able to drive the car off the lot that day and scheduled an appointment with the body shop. I scheduled the appointment the next week and I was given a loaner car while the mustang was being fixed. I dropped it off Wednesday night per my choice and it was done by Friday end of day. All I had to pay for was the gas for the loaner car which is expected. I would recommend buying from this dealership. More

I was looking for a very economical vehicle, both cost and mpg. I looked a t the Fiesta and went to other Ford Dealerships (Manchestter, NH) pricing not comparable and was not treated with the respect o and mpg. Dayrn was very helpful, treated me with respect. Daryn was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Pricing at the dealership was all up front and visible. The "other" dealership tried to sell me a vehicle for $2,000 more than it was advertised for on the website!!! Not Ford of Londonderry - very upfront with pricing. I would go back and purchase another vehicle from Ford of Londonderry and Daryn Turner in a heartbeat! More

Ford of Londonderry was a wonderful place to buy a new car. I needed a new car to go to college in Maine. My family and I went to several dealerships in the area and looked at many cars, including Toyotas car. I needed a new car to go to college in Maine. My family and I went to several dealerships in the area and looked at many cars, including Toyotas, Hondas, and Subarus. They were okay, but the process was awkward and I was not left with a great impression. Some salespeople were not even friendly. When my family and I arrived at Ford of Londonderry, we were greeted politely by the employees and directed to Daryn Turner. Daryn made the car-buying process very easy. We told him that we were looking for a safe car to drive in Maine, and he directed us to the Ford Focus. Daryn was extremely knowledgeable and explained the features of the car very well, highlighting that it was a great car even in the snow (and Maine sure gets a lot of it!). Before I went for my test drive, Daryn made sure that I was comfortable and that I felt safe in the vehicle. My family and I have never met a salesperson who was so genuinely concerned about customer safety. When discussing the price, Daryn made sure that we got a great deal without having to go through a painful haggling process. He even showed us the service department to ensure that we knew where to go and what to do when the car needed repairs. Throughout the car-buying process, and even afterwards, Daryn was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I know that Daryn truly cares about his customers and the cars he sells. My family and I were extremely impressed with the quality of his work, the quality of the new Focus we purchased, and the quality of Ford of Londonderry. I gave Ford of Londonderry and Daryn Turner a five out of five rating in all categories because it is truly deserved. I would highly recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I would encourage people to ask for Daryn. Normally I do not go out of my way to recommend dealerships or salespeople, but my experience was so refreshingly smooth that I just had to share! More

After test driving multiple vehicles, I decided to buy a Ford fusion hybrid. I went to multiple dealerships to find the best deal, and Daryn Turner at Ford of Londonderry gave me the best one without any h Ford fusion hybrid. I went to multiple dealerships to find the best deal, and Daryn Turner at Ford of Londonderry gave me the best one without any hassle. After settling on the car that I wanted, they handled everything. They even managed to get a runner for handling the registration despite me only give them about twenty four hours notice. They still had everything ready the following day and I got my new car. I am very happy with the new car and was quite surprised at the service I got. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone else. More

I was very interested in a used Ford Fusion. When I arrived alone Darryn was very nice and showed me his inventory. let me drive the car and did not pressure me into buying at that momemt. That night I went onto the website and found a car that he did not show me so I went back the next day to see it. (thank goodness I am local). I found he was rude to my mom. He was very contradictiing with himself, and it was easy to see he was being pushy with the sale and did not care about us the buyers. I found a dent on the car and before looking at it he said that "the highly specialized mechanics can fix it". When he saw it he then said that, "its a used car, its what you get when you buy used." I was confused and not assured that the purchase I was going to make was going to be a good one. More

Darren Turner is the best salesman hands down! I recently purchased a 2012 ford focus at ford of londonderry, and I will never go anywhere else again. Darren was not pushy with my purchase, he was very patient with me as I was very particular about exactly what I wanted. He went the extra mile to ensure I received that and more. He is very knowledgeable about all the ford vehicles, and really loves the vehicles he is selling. His enthusiasm made this experience amazing. He took the time to teach me everything I should know about my car, He knew every detail about all the cars. He took me around the dealership and introduced me who I should be speaking to incase I have any problems down the road, and ensure I would not have any hassles. As for financing, I was having a difficult time getting approved. However thanks to Chuck Cote, I didnt have to deal with the headache of it. Chuck went out of his way to locate several other banks for me and got me approved for this vehicle, he was always available when I called countless time to ensure me he was taking care of everything with my insurance company, and the loan and always answered my questions. I am so happy with my experience at Ford of Londonderry. It wasn't like going to a normal dealership, this dealerships is more concerned about satisfying there customer versus selling vehicles!
