The actual service was OK. They told me it’s gonna be one hour. I was there for 2 1/2 hours when I went to check on the status my keys was there. The car was ready like an hour ago the person who checked me in he forgot to check me out then they tried to find him so he can check me out. They could not find him for like 30 minutes then a manager Kim and man will be check me out so I can leave. It was horrible experience for the waiting and communication. They text me when I arrived, but they never text me to say your car is ready. It was a horrible communication long wait for no reason but the actual Work get in my car was good. More
