Dave did a great job selling me a car. Jim Suydam the Sales and Finance Manager did a great job of explaining all the information necessary. I wanted remote start installed and Dave had it done while I waited. I felt the whole experience was well handled by all of Robin Ford personnel. Thank you all. More

Dave Adler and Jim Suydam allowed me to trade in my '14 escape for a 'focus se which I am much happier with. Escape was a great vehicle, just too big for me to handle. I drove off the lot the same day with a '14 ruby red focus which I love. And this time I'm leasing instead of buying. Never having done anything like this before these gentlemen who worked with me when buying the escape made it a great experience once again. Robin Ford rocks and I will refer my friends to them and tell them about my wonderful experience there. I will be returning in 39 months and am sure I will find the same great customer service.
