I enjoyed my purchasing experience that is to Dave Balke. However, since leaving the dealership, I am feeling lied to/swindled. First time I went to fill up with gas, the gas pump kept kicking off. This w However, since leaving the dealership, I am feeling lied to/swindled. First time I went to fill up with gas, the gas pump kept kicking off. This was DEFINITELY an issue prior to my purchase and would have been noticed when filling up the car before I left. Instead, it was left to me to deal with. Since my purchase (less than 3 weeks ago), I have had to make 2 trips back to try to get this issue fixed. The dealership is about 2.5 hours away from home so I have spent almost 10 hours driving to get this repaired, not including gas or the additional mileage out on the vehicle. Today, my daughter went to get the part needed replaced to correct the issue. So after driving down, waiting a couple hours for the repair to be completed and then driving hours back, she discovered the issue is still occurring (though maybe not as severely but still significantly). So, I have to continue to try to get this issue fixed? It should have been fixed before my purchase. I'm very frustrated. Dave Balke has been great to communicate with during this process and he is the saving grace for all of this. More
