Very disappointed in the lack of communication from the service department. Each time we go in for an oil change they give a hard time about our free oil changes and warranty coverage. We have asked for ou service department. Each time we go in for an oil change they give a hard time about our free oil changes and warranty coverage. We have asked for our file to be updated to reflect the free oil changes and yet they don’t. So each time we have to provide documentation to show and prove what should already be under our profile. Without any notice we are not informed that this location no longer accepts the extended warranty that was purchase from them when truck was purchased. They refused honor warranty and sent us to another location. More
