Went in for a heating issue on my '22 Palisade. I gave them full details about the issue I was having. They took it in as I sat in the waiting room but never took it for a drive to experience what I gave them full details about the issue I was having. They took it in as I sat in the waiting room but never took it for a drive to experience what I described when driving. Therefore wasn't able to diagnos the problem. I took it back 2 weeks later and was meant with addittudes. I dropped my vehicle off on 4/22/24, and they called me and stated that they were able to duplicate the issue and was going to put a new part in it. I just picked it up today and the driveside heat is set to 78° but the actual temp coming out is 70°. Which is the exact problem. Regardless of the new part, this issue still hasn't been resolved. More
