I have never owned a new vehicle. Vision Hyundai have always answered any questions I have had. I am sure some were quite silly to them but, were always very helpful & kind. Service department is excellent. Tyler, Brett and Dave are fantastic with making the customer feel like they are being taken care of as well as feeling special. The staff at the physical brick and mortar building are friendly and helpful. But, trying to get through to an actual live person when calling to make an appointment in their service department is severely friendly and helpful. But, trying to get through to an actual live person when calling to make an appointment in their service department is severely lacking. After making numerous phone call attempts to try to schedule an oil change appointment, I had to take advantage of their “no appointment needed” for this service, even though I was still asked by the employee if I had an appointment. What amplifies this complaint is when I got there, there was a worker, who had a headset on for receiving phone calls, in front of a computer, that looked to me, for making appointments and cashing people out, but was too busy scrolling on her phone. Making it easier to get through to a live person to make appointments when calling would go a long way. More
