Return customer, very satisfied. Our salesperson was familiar with us, but this was the first time he had sold my husband and I a vehicle. We were looking for a truck of a specific c Our salesperson was familiar with us, but this was the first time he had sold my husband and I a vehicle. We were looking for a truck of a specific color, that was a crew cab with heated seats. He went out of his way to search out all available vehicles and eventually found us the vehicle of our choice. He reached out via phone and e-mail to send pictures and descriptions of trucks and also to touch base with us on when we could return to the dealership to see and test drive the vehicles. Our salesperson was very thorough in letting us know what was available at the dealership, along with all the services they provide. Our trade-in vehicle was evaluated on the spot so that we were able to know what amount financing and other arrangements we needed to make. Our delivery went very well, with no hitches and was scheduled for our convenience. We ordered a bed-liner to be put on our truck before we picked it up. The salesman had that scheduled and made sure that was also completed before delivery. Everything was ready to go when we picked up the truck. More
