I came in for an oil change and while doing that work they found additional work that needed to be done. Because my car was already being worked on it saved me some money. Nobody likes additional expense they found additional work that needed to be done. Because my car was already being worked on it saved me some money. Nobody likes additional expenses, but I appreciate being informed about what is needed so I wouldn't need another appointment 2 months later. More

We had work done our 2013 Tucson. We received calls anytime they found something or wanted our approval of repairs. Customer focus evident from intake to completion. The did exactly what they said they’d do. Nancy was the service ‘intake’ person. Totally on top of who I was, why I was there and respected my time.
