My experience was just okay. The service agents were nice but not overly accommodating. I asked to have the interlock for the shifter checked and it wasn't. I was expecting a more complete evaluation of the fan belts, filters, etc and I don't know if they were checked. I don't know if the tires were rotated.. So, overall it was just an average experience not what I expected. Better luck next time. More

Hybrid system shut down 60 mi into our weekend trip the hybrid system shutdown. Having blue Link really helped because they towed our car back the 60 miles. However we were responsible for finding transportation to the Rochester airport to get a rental. It took over a month for the dealer and the regional service techs to figure out that the hybrid system was okay but there were bad sensors. Luther Hyundai was really good about delivering a rental car and also delivering my car when it was ready. Now I'm in the process of trying to get reimbursed for the taxi and rental More
