Great Experience Buying a car is not always pleasant. This was such a great experience buying a car from this particular Dealership. Customer Appreciation Evening and Maintenance Since this was the first Kia we purchased from Citrus Kia (2 other Kias from an out-of-state dealership), we attended their "Customer Appreciation Eve Since this was the first Kia we purchased from Citrus Kia (2 other Kias from an out-of-state dealership), we attended their "Customer Appreciation Evening". Wow! Talk about customer appreciation! They served a nice catered dinner, provided games, a raffle, gift cards, and demonstration. A few testimonies were given. We also had our first maintenance check on our 2015 Sedona purchased 3 months ago. Citrus Kia provides a clean and comfortable facility for waiting, beverages and snacks, and are centrally located. Two restaurants are within a very short walking distance. We traded our 10-year old Sorento for our 2015 Sedona this past August. When we brought our Sorento in for maintenance, the Maintenance Department was thorough and never pushed to do work that was not necessary. This was a problem in our previous dealership in SC. We've been married 43-1/2 years and have bought countless cars during the years. Never have we been treated so well and shown such appreciation! This dealership truly treasures its customers and seeks to please. Every department ranks 5 out of 5 stars! They excel! Citrus Kia comes with our highest recommendation. If only all dealerships possessed 1/3 the class that Citrus Kia has. More

Meets our needs again and again We just wrapped up the deal on our third car purchased at Citrus KIA and couldn't be happier. We purchased our KIA Sorrento last October. John Rodesil We just wrapped up the deal on our third car purchased at Citrus KIA and couldn't be happier. We purchased our KIA Sorrento last October. John Rodesiler was extremely helpful. Last week we stopped in to view their used cars for our daughter. After that purchase we spoke with John again and ended trading off our Sorrento for a new one. The process was quick and easy. John feels like one of our family now. Yvonne Stoltenberg helped with signing the papers and made this process move along fairly fast. Citrus KIA is a very friendly dealearship and family friendly. Our 10 year old granddaughter was with us and they offered her (and us) donuts, hot dogs, popcorn and water. We will continue to visit Citrus KIA for all our car needs. More

They had their customer appreciation dinner last night, we went, had some good food, learned some new xxxxxxx jokes (thanks those will come in handy), played Kiago (bingo) won some prizes etc. We got some information about how our vehicle works etc. The give you a list of parts you can add on such as mud flaps, paint pens, visors etc, but they NEVER pressure you to make add on purchases. They did offer 15% off for any purchases you did want to make, but it was a brief sentence, no sales pitch etc. The night was centered on us, the customers, and geared towards giving us a little insight to the vehicles, but mainly just a really nice thank you for being part of their family. Their motto is genuine, they don't just sell cars, they build relationships. I will never go to another dealership, as these folks need to sell vehicles, but there is never a big sales pitch. They get to know you, what you need/want, and go from there. The finance folks work hard to get you rates that are in your budget, and I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Citrus Kia for being a real family business and understanding that customers are not just people you see once, you build a relationship with them and they in turn are loyal. More

Great Sales Team! Great Service! Great Finance Team! We have been using Citrus Kia service since we moved to Citrus County almost 3 years ago. We had been using a Kia dealership out-of-state where we liv We have been using Citrus Kia service since we moved to Citrus County almost 3 years ago. We had been using a Kia dealership out-of-state where we lived prior. Citrus Kia is by far the best ever! They recommend only what is needed for maintenance and repairs and they don't nickel/dime you to death. The technicians are excellent as well. If it weren't for the excellent service of the entire Service Department, we would not be returning to Citrus Kia and purchasing our third Kia! Today we traded in our 9-year old Kia Sorento (almost 10 years old) and we purchased a 2015 Sedona SXL. Mike Boswell was our sales consultant, and he could not have been more helpful! This car is fully loaded, beyond words, and he knew all of the options, inside and out. He encouraged us to attend classes that he holds for new owner on the diverse electronics. We will! Tony was the Sales Manager who worked with us. Both he and Mike were very patient. We took 2 days to figure out what model of the Sedona we wanted. Last but not least, Yvonne was our finance person. She was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful as well, and was very efficient. The finance process was painless. Even though the paperwork was as involved as buying a house, she was quick and thorough. She guided us on the different protection and warranty options. The entire Citrus Kia team is fantastic, and we could not be more pleased! More
