My name is David Carroll but my friends call me DC. I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana and I attended Queen of Angels and Bishop Dwenger High School. I have worked for O’Daniel for over 20 years. My wife, Julie and I have 3 wonderful children named Brandt, Alicia, and Madison. In my spare time I like to go hunting, play tennis, snow skiing and water skiing, boating, snowmobiling, and reading.

We very recently purchased a Ford Fusion from your Illinois Rd. location and were very fortunate to have Keith Hall as our salesman. Keith could not have been more friendly and helpful in our purchase.After only a couple weeks of having the car the emmission control light came on even though we didn't notice any performance issues with the Fusion. We called Keith and explained the situation to him and he immediately got to work on the info. we needed to get the car serviced and who we should contact at the New Haven Ford store. He also arranged for my wife to have a loaner car so she wouldn't miss any work while the car was in service. Our contact at the Ford store was Glen(didn't get his last name)who also couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.Dave Carrol also was instrumental in both our purchase of the Fusion as well as the service we needed. In summary, the O'Daniel dealerships at both Illinois Rd. and New Haven can be very proud of these gentlemen who we have had the pleasure to work with since we've purchased our Fusion. Keith is a unique individual and we look at him now not so much as a car salesman but as a friend always willing to help in any way he can. Dave and Glen deserve accolades as well for their dedication to your customers. We are just so impressed with O'Daniels and you can be sure we will let our friends know about the "top notch" service we have received.
