I was grateful for the complimentary refreshments as well. Steve was very honest and very down to earth. He did everything possible to ensure I was able to go home with something far greater than I expected. I love being able to text message and submit documents online. I think this appeals to millennials as we are so used to the quick and simple way of getting things done. Also working 6 to 7 days a week it really made things go so smooth and I was able to maximize my time to get daily essential tasks done. Lastly I was very impressed with my ability to get added protections although the vehicle was sold as is. I felt very secure after my purchase and my monthly payments are super manageable for such a great vehicle. This was overall a wonderful experience and a really good day for me. I work really hard on the job and also with our kids because my partner travels for work and this gave me a lot of motivation to keep doing well and to work even harder. I actually sold a vehicle. DJ was very helpful and up front during the process. Only negative was on the check not being tendered for two weeks. I set up a purchase and trade for a Saturday with a 4 hour away trip with $500 down. I was told “everything” was taken care of, was so excited! Then 2 hours into my trip I call the finance team to get hour away trip with $500 down. I was told “everything” was taken care of, was so excited! Then 2 hours into my trip I call the finance team to get the paper work going. He called me back and said...sorry the vehicle is not ready. What???? Seriously. Drove there anyway to make a deal, nope! The car was a mess and the 4wd was broken, oops!? They tried to be polite and the deal fell through, worse problem?? Told them call me back to see if we could make something happen after it was fixed, no call....worse dealership experience I have ever had. Sorry Darren, Mo, Dante, and DJ I am disappointed. This dealership has poor communication and only concerned about making a “deal”. More
