She emailed me right away for a test drive for the next day and was flexible with the time to come in which was a blessing. She is very kind and was super helpful with providing necessary information. I stopped into the Honda Delaership in Scranton not looking to buy or lease, just to test drive. Unfortunately, Lisa wasn’t there at the time, but Dave Conway introduced himself and took care of me right away. Dave was so charasmatic that I happened to walk out of there holding the keys to a new Civic. He knew all of the answers to my questions, was kind, patient, and a big help in the car buying/leasing process. I would reccommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a Honda and I’m very happy with how smoothly and quickly everything went. Dave goes above and beyond and he is the reason I ended up leaving in a different car than I came in. More

Dave is the best I previously went to another dealer closer to my house and it was a nightmare. I joke that I felt like they kept me hostage. When it came time for me I previously went to another dealer closer to my house and it was a nightmare. I joke that I felt like they kept me hostage. When it came time for me to trade my lease, I was miserable at the thought of having to go back to that dealer. That’s when a co-worker digested Matt Byrne. I am so thankful I took his advice. The difference was like night and day. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. They even allowed my best friend to drive a few vehicles even though she was exactly in the market for a new car right now. It was such an amazing experience and I will make the drive to go there all the time now. More

The experience was smooth from internet inquiry to driving the new car off of the lot. The only issue I had was the wait time. To be transparent, I had an appointment at 11a on Saturday for which I arrived 20 minutes late to. It was a little after 4p when I finally drove off the lot with the vehicle. With that said, they offered food and beverages and apologized profusely for the wait. In summary - set aside plenty of time for their excellent dealership, arrive on time and don't tell your babysitter you'll be back at any specific time. 😆 More
