I enjoy cooking, sports, and my job of course. I learned how to cook watching my Grandfather, and then my Father. Apparently I make good Chili, as I won the 8th & 9th Annual Chili cook off at the backyard alehouse the last 2 years. Sports that I like are baseball, football, and basketball they are my favorites. What I love about my job is the customer interaction and meeting people, and their needs. I always try and make your car buying experience as easy as possible, being direct and straight forward so valuable time is not wasted. The customers time is equally as important as mine. Also, last but not least I am a Penn State Graduate.....WE ARE!!!!

Not a good customer satisfaction experience I went to purchase a vehicle and at first all was well. I got greeted by a friendly sales member who showed me the car I wanted to purchase. When it c I went to purchase a vehicle and at first all was well. I got greeted by a friendly sales member who showed me the car I wanted to purchase. When it came down to pricing, I gave a number that another dealership had offered me. Immediately the sales member demeaner changed and got defensive saying that the number was ridiculous and fake, and that they could never match or better that deal. When this was said I got embarrassed and flustered, because I came looking to buy a car and had a realistic price in mind. The person who I was working with did not attempt to lower the price of the vehicle at all for me, nor did he make any attempt to sell me the car I was there to buy. His last remarks to me were come back when you find out that price isn't real. To me, this person was very unprofessional and quite frankly rude. Overall, the business is good but this one person made me double think about returning again to buy a car. More
