No hand shakes, we were very disappointed in the lack of friendliness and eagerness to get us in our new vehicle. The ordering process was easy, and the first salesman we dealt with was a lot friendlier than the last, unfortunately he no longer works there and we got pushed off to the next guy who was not so personable. Pulled into the parking lot just after the dealership opened, drove around and spent several minutes looking at several vehicles in the lot to find one with the features and price point that I wanted in opened, drove around and spent several minutes looking at several vehicles in the lot to find one with the features and price point that I wanted in my new vehicle. Pulled up closer to the door and got on the phone to contact my bank to confirm pre-approval for adequate financing. I had been to another dealership the night before and was pretty much told that they did not like dealing with outside finance. Pleasantly I was not jumped by a salesman, during the time I was on the phone to get my pre-approval. Walked into the dealership and spoke with Dave Franks. After a little of the back and forth on the price of the deal we came to an agreement. When I told them I had a pre-approval for the funds and told them who the financing was through they had no problem with it, and even said that they would not be able to beat the rates and would not even bother running another credit report. I am happy at this point with my purchase. From start to finish the whole process took less than 90 minutes. Look forward to a long relationship with Haag Ford.. Update: my wife so loved my car, a week later we returned to buy a 2nd one. More
