I called and spoke with multiple people , about a car I wanted they had . I live 3 hours a away and I wanted to make sure they still had it before I left . The manager called me Wednesday saying the car n wanted they had . I live 3 hours a away and I wanted to make sure they still had it before I left . Thursday no one calls so figured it was still going through the process . I called them early Friday morning to check to make sure it was ok and complete before I headed there And the salesman let me know someone is test driving it and buying it.. I wouldn’t recommend them after that experience More

I went to this dealership to sell my car, yesterday, and was provided with appraisal. After taking a day to consider it, I contacted the store asking to see if they could do any better, however, it was chal was provided with appraisal. After taking a day to consider it, I contacted the store asking to see if they could do any better, however, it was challenging to speak to anybody via telephone. After leaving a voicemail with manager Dave, I received a phone call back and, through our discussion, I got an adjusted value. However, when I asked for an email confirming that, he would not send it. I still went there to sell the car, but then they would not honor the new value given to me verbally via telephone just 90 minutes earlier. I would be very careful to get everything in writing and manage your expectations when anything is told to you via email. The worst part is that the managers who decided not to honor what was promised would not even meet with me to deliver the message. If you are looking for an honest experience, I may suggest looking elsewhere. More
