Friendly staff, but I hate dealerships that mark their vehicles up above MSRP. It's a misleading and dishonest practice that should not be allowed. I will not do business with dealerships that lie to thei vehicles up above MSRP. It's a misleading and dishonest practice that should not be allowed. I will not do business with dealerships that lie to their customers about a vehicle's price. Many KIA dealerships in the area do this, so it can be hard work to find a reputable one. They also offered me 1/3 value of my trade-in off the bat, but I guess that's how they make money on stupid customers. :/ When I backed out of the deal, they couldn't find the right screws to put my license plates back on my trade-in. You could go there to buy a car working for Kia Corporate and they would probably still mark the car up $3k over MSRP. lol More

The service department was very curtious. The lot guy wasn't there when I pulled in. The service person took care of me, he told me it would take one hour to get my car done. This was my 1st experience, my salesman; David Hartley was a straight no nonsense guy, he made the deal work; and myself, my Fiancee, and my daughter really liked his hospitality and informative approach was a straight no nonsense guy, he made the deal work; and myself, my Fiancee, and my daughter really liked his hospitality and informative approach..he was not pushy and made the sale based on his honesty and experience, I will be back for a Telluride in the near future, David will be the guy I call to sell me that vehicle.
