Overall I am happy with my purchase, but was unhappy that the carfax report was not shared with me prior to my purchase. I had been told it was "good" but my insurance premiums went up significantly due to the carfax report was not shared with me prior to my purchase. I had been told it was "good" but my insurance premiums went up significantly due to the report. Dave somewhat made up for this but only after I pushed and pushed. Again, the experience overall was fine, but far from exemplary. More

Now I know why that people think car dealers are the worst people in the world. Today went in the buy a SUV from them, and told them did my homework what my truck is worth low was 12000. high was 19000. worst people in the world. Said politely may I please get my key back, had to ask three times. I do understand they have to make a profit. With that offer they where looking to make a score. More

Dave was helpful and knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. Overall, the buying process was pretty smooth and worry free. When I registered with the Ford App., I did see that there was a min to my questions. Overall, the buying process was pretty smooth and worry free. I do wish that this had been noted and remedied before I picked the vehicle up rather than now having to schedule service and drop the vehicle off. More

I have always had great service with this dealer. My previous car was a lease and I received a call that they wanted to buy back the lease because it was a popular car. I went in to see what they had to previous car was a lease and I received a call that they wanted to buy back the lease because it was a popular car. I went in to see what they had to say. After speaking with Dave Labreque he went over my options and was able to sell me a new car for just about my same payment. It all went very quickly and I was pleased with my results. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease or buy. More
