I've recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL from these folks. I'd been visiting the websites of various Hyundai dealers around me to see what was in stock for new 2025 & 2026 models. I visited from these folks. I'd been visiting the websites of various Hyundai dealers around me to see what was in stock for new 2025 & 2026 models. I visited one dealership & test drove a 2025 SE. I liked it so I felt I could make a deal over the phone instead of driving all over central MA (where I live). Because I'd left contact info 3 of the dealerships contacted me. For Hyundai of Keene I first dealt with Erin who was the initial contact for internet sales. She handed me off to David Lamontagne. After a few hours of back-and-forth we were able to come to an agreement on an OTD price. It was all very lowkey and I didn't feel any pressure at all. I was very unsure about purchasing a vehicle out of state but Dave was able to talk me down off the ledge a couple of time so it was all good. :) There were a couple of accessories included as part of the deal that had to be ordered but they came in within a few days and were installed while I waited. Of the 3 dealerships I dealt with this is the only one I would go back to. But that's a story for another day. More

I bought a brand new Santa Cruz that had issues within days. The Check engine engine light came on and the car started jerking and driving very rough. I brought the car in and a brand new car needed a n days. The Check engine engine light came on and the car started jerking and driving very rough. I brought the car in and a brand new car needed a new fuel injector. I was told a week lead time on this part. That week turned into 3 months. I finally got the car back and then it started to over heat in the summer and leave me stranded. Took the car back in and they troubleshot it to a bad harness. They replaced the harness and it fixed nothing. I finally had enough of this piece of garbage and wanted my money back and wanted a different car and they only gave me a used car price for it. They didn't care to help since they already sold me a car. From the owner on down, this place is terrible. They don't do anything to 'make things right'. More

I was looking for a good, used car, and I originally spent a few nights, reviewing vehicles at the Fenton Family Dealerships website. I wanted a car that was a few years old, and I feel that Hyundai of Keene has cars that are very reasonably priced. I emailed the dealership (quite a few times) with inquiries, and they always responded quickly with helpful information- I felt like they were really trying to help me find just the right car. When I visited the dealership, Dave Lamontagne was the first person I spoke to. Dave is a friendly, knowledgeable, non-pressuring sales associate, and he was ready to show me several vehicles, if need be. He devoted a great deal of his time to make sure that all of my needs were met. The other staff members and associates that I dealt with were equally as helpful and courteous. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, and it's a great SUV! It really felt like a family atmosphere, and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

Talking to Dave was like talking to a good friend; he had the right balance of being friendly yet professional! He has excellent customer service skills, the knowledge to educate, and just was very efficient! When there was an issue with my car after my auto starter was put in Dave made it his mission to make sure everything was taken care of; personally making sure the car was safe and all issues were resolved! I also appreciate the interactions I had with the Biz Manager Paul Lawlor, General Manager Michael Rist, and service guy Doug Summerton! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best I give this location a 10 as they have my utmost trust, confidence and respect! Thankyou!! More
