Overall nothing I wouldn’t expect from another car dealership. They attempted to offer me Cars.com’s instant cash price but they were open to negotiating. My salesman Walter did a good job answering all my questions if he wasn’t sure about something he asked someone to get the answer . He even filled the truck up with gas out of his own pocket because t questions if he wasn’t sure about something he asked someone to get the answer . Frankman vehicles all come with tacking system for a charge of $400 although my truck did not have it installed yet told them I did not want it they refused to take the 400 off and installed even though I didn’t want it!I did not appreciate that or the fact the salesman had to use his own money to fill my truck up More

I don't know who Dave is. Phil was very pleasant to deal with. I purchased two cars and a couple days later learned that the back hatch on one, at times won't close as it is Phil was very pleasant to deal with. I purchased two cars and a couple days later learned that the back hatch on one, at times won't close as it is suppose to. While Kyle and Phil were seemingly interested in getting it fixed and repeatedly telling me they would get back to me, no return calls were made. At one point Kyle mentioned maybe Toyota/Lexus could fix the problem. After taking it to Toyota, I was told they would charge me and they would not honor the warranty. I was told it must be taken to Omaha or Minneapolis for any warranty work. Additionally I was only given the background information on one vehicle and free car wash for one vehicle. In spite of being told they would provide these for the second car, no one ever got back to me on this issue. I'm disappointed at the lack of support after the documents were signed. I am an elderly woman and felt taken advantage of. I am new in Sioux Falls and had no information on your dealership. Jean More
