Due to some bad fortune, I ended up having to shop for a car earlier than I had expected to have to and during the pandemic, a situation I would not have voluntarily put myself in had I the choice. I went to a few dealerships in Portland, but all the salesmen were either super pushy or totally unhelpful. This did not help me feel better about my overwhelming situation. Luckily, I stumbled upon Alan Webb Chevrolet via a listing for a specific type of car I was considering at the time. I made an appointment with Mike Woods. He was available on short notice and let me know the specific listing I had inquired about was no longer there before I showed up (which I appreciated; if I had been xxxx-bent on that specific car I would have been able to save the trip). My friend and I were able to test drive the vehicle on our own because of Covid, which was great. Mike was absolutely no pressure. He was available to answer questions, but he made clear that I could spend as much time looking at and playing with the vehicle as I wanted. I felt he was trustworthy and respectful. I ended up buying the car and left in just a few hours. Of course, I’m one of those noobs who was a bit too hasty with the decision and the car ended up not being the right fit for me. I emailed Mike a few days later when I had decided I had to get something else. He was immediately accommodating and said I could come back and test drive some other options and see if I could find something I liked better. He was so nice and understanding – it made me feel much less embarrassed about the situation. They offered me a great trade-in price for the car I had just bought from them because they wanted to make it right. I did not expect that, but I very much appreciated it as I knew I would lose some money because of my mistake. I spent a ton of time in the car I was now considering (which, oddly enough was a vehicle he had suggested the first time I came in). Mike told me to test drive it twice, so I did. It was perfect for me and I couldn’t have found it without Mike. Next time I will ask him right off the bat what he suggests, since he knows what he’s doing! Thank you, Alan Webb Chevrolet! I love my new car and will be recommending you to anyone I know who’s in the market for a new vehicle. More

Our salesman wasn’t a leach. He had us look at the vehicle we came there to test drive. Even when we were unsure, he never tried to move us to another vehicle. Jason and Scott were awesome. Due to the new way of living i.e. the Coronavirus not having the same interactions that you would normally do the process was great. Then she worked thru several attempts to find and acquire a truck that met my wants. All happening between Christmas and New Year. I took delivery on New Years day which totally surprised me anyone was working. I can not say enough about Her and her team. More

The Alan Webb Dealership was on their preferred list. . I spoke with Josh,in sales, and told him what I wanted..He gave me a price that was better than anything else I'd seen in my search. The next morning I met him there. I was Leary because over the years I have had some terrible experiences with car dealers. This was the complete opposite. He promptly answered all my questions, I never felt pressured, We took a drive. Everything was as it should be and I went home with a new , 2019 Chev Crew Cab 4x4. Oh....and the best part...I bought it for my wife....and she is still thrilled ! I would recommend this dealership to anybody. More

I was allowed the luxury of getting out and looking around a bit without being bombarded, and then was casually approached by Josh. There was a comfortable report immediately. He listened to my needs and introduced me to a 2013 Ford Escape. I test drove it, and when I returned, he politely excused himself to an appointment, and left me in the hands of Niles, who i was also very comfortable working with. They had both been very informative and laid back, which put my apprehension at ease, but again, this was my first stop, first car, and a little over my budget. With no pressure, they were understanding when I left. Niles called, texted, and kept the conversation and option open, which I appreciated. After taking a few days to research, contemplate, and ultimately make a decision, I returned on 10/21/19, and reconnected with Josh. He was so personable, and friendly, yet, as with Niles, he was professional. Dave also made the closing smooth and easy. Needless to say, I ended up buying with Alan Webb, and within my comfort zone. All without ever visiting another vehicle, or dealership! This has been my best car buying experience, and I will be back in the future, as well as recommend you to anyone in search of the same.
