The dealership did a great job with making sure the car operated and appeared like it was brand new. Lexus of Greenwich is an impressive looking dealership and easy to access from I-95 and Metro North. I took the train to pick up my car, and the walk was a single block away. Michael was a pleasure to work with. Alex and Louis were very accomodating on helping me understand our options and the financing process. I'm happy with our price and loan. Dave helped with the final steps in the process and was amazing. He stayed late while we finalized the paperwork when I picked up the car. He helped explain all of the special functionality in the vehicle. He even personally dropped off my plates when they came in. Wow! I highly recommend working with Dave when coming in to buy a vehicle. Overall, very happy with the experience.
