Buyer beware of Dacars Lexus of Greenwich: I recently purchased a used Lexus at their list price and test drove through the streets of Greenwich since Rt 95 was a parking lot. I delt with sales consultant Felix Gyamfi and sales manager David Miller. We agreed on some items to be addressed, and when I picked up my car on April 21, 2026 and was able to get up to highway speed, I noticed the car is pulling to the left and the car must be out of alignment and perhaps the wheels need balancing as well. I brought this to the attention of Felix immediately via a phone call, and he said he would speak to his boss, David. I have communicated via email, text and phone calls to no avail giving them the opportunity to correct, but they are ignoring me. “Crickets” This is the reason people distrust salespeople in general in the auto industry. Apparently, David is using his 26 years of experience in the auto industry to mentor his staff how to be dishonest, unresponsive and ignoring customers after the transaction has been paid in full & completed at this dealership. I had a wonderful experience, top to bottom, with everyone I interacted with at DarCars Lexus, and a special shoutout to my salesman, James Palmer. I was an out-of-state purchase, and he arranged for everyone I interacted with at DarCars Lexus, and a special shoutout to my salesman, James Palmer. I was an out-of-state purchase, and he arranged for pick up from the airport. Then, once I arrived at the dealership, he was incredibly professional in allowing me time to look over the car and answering all the questions I had before I made a purchase. He also made sure to let me experience the cookouts at their dealership and ensure we were all taken care of, as Luis gave us a goodie bag before we had a long drive home. I can’t say enough about this dealership and its staff. This isn’t your ordinary dealership; they are intentional with their customers and go above and beyond to create a relationship rather than just a transaction. When I’m in the market for my next car, James at Lexus will be my first call. More
