It was very refreshing to me (a professional / attorney) to see the entire staff professionally dressed and very well mannered. In other dealerships the salesmen look like a bunch of unprofessional bums and seagulls circling a trash bin but not at this place. A total pleasure to deal with! More

Goodbye gas guzzler I had been trying to trade my vehicle in for a little over year and I had truly given up. Although my car was everything I needed it wasn’t gas effici I had been trying to trade my vehicle in for a little over year and I had truly given up. Although my car was everything I needed it wasn’t gas efficient so I wanted something better. Last week I went with my girlfriend to Lexus of Greenwich to return her old lease and get her a new car. I knew she went in with some issues but the team was able to get her the car that she needed and wanted. After I discussed some numbers with the team she got a deal she couldn’t refuse. Seeing this I decided to take my vehicle in that following Wednesday to see what they could do for me. Once I arrived staff greeted me politely and I went to see Melvin Abreu who is an excellent manager. His high energy and involvement made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He was very informative, and has amazing customer service skills. Not only did he work with me to obtain the vehicle I wanted, he stayed way past closing time to finish my process. More

The place where dreams do come true! My lease was up and i was nervous about being able to get a new vehicle. I went with the thought that i would leave empty handed and disappointed. Upon entry I was greeted by staff and I requested to see Dave Miller whom I’ve previously conversed with. Dave immediately began to work with me. With my set budget in mind we began to look for vehicles and none would fit. Seeing my disappointment Dave reassured me that the team would do everything possible to help me get the car I both wanted and needed. He really wasn’t lying! Dave brought in Melvin Abreu and Robert Sorensen, and honestly as I saw them speaking in a group I grew nervous. Little did I know that they were regrouping to discuss the necessary steps to make my dreams happen. I had my heart set on an NX I saw online. Dave had me complete the application and had me speak to Robert. Upon hearing the numbers i grew disappointed and told him I couldn’t do it. So i walked out and was ready to leave when Melvin literally came out to look for me and told me not to leave. He told me to go have lunch with my family and come back, that we could work things out. Upon my return, feeling a bit refreshed I came back and that’s when it happened. The dream team as I call them to myself made it happen, at the price I had in mind, and the car I definitely wanted! They didn’t see it but I went to the bathroom quickly to shed some tears of joy. I left that place in my Eminent White Pearl Lexus NX 200 equipped with the luxury package and a giant smile on my face as well as my families faces! They treated me like family and i will forever be grateful! My boyfriend and I loved the way they treated us so much, that we went back four days later to purchase his vehicle but that’s another story! Ha ha. That location, but specifically that team, is phenomenal and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone I know! More

They prioritize you as a customer Dave Miller was terrific. Due to time sensitivity on when I wanted to lease my new car he took time to call me after the dealership had closed so that Dave Miller was terrific. Due to time sensitivity on when I wanted to lease my new car he took time to call me after the dealership had closed so that I could be better informed as I made my buying decisions between Lexus of Greenwich and other dealers. He accommodated us when my wife had a change of mind on color combinations and always was of the mindset of trying to make us happy. He created a process where any documentation that could be done beforehand was completed and limited my time commitment when picking up the new car. At all times I felt like I was being treated fairly and had transperancy in the sales process. More

Best Overall Experience I have leased and financed several cars in the past and this experience by far was my best. The entire staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable. Dave was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He made the transition seamless from one vehicle to the next. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and assisted me in every way that he could. I honestly showed up at the dealership one day, spoke with him for about an hour then I picked up my car three days later without a hiccup...even though I was unable to locate my extended coverage policy and my car had damage. He told me not to worry about and to just show up to get may car and when I arrived he had my missing policy and my in and out time was probably under 1 hour. He's never pushy and he takes his time to help you to make the best decision for you. More
