Pleasant buying experience from Dave Miller I went to many NJ dealers and was very discouraged by their sale tactics and dishonesty. I decided to try Lexus of Greenwich based off of all the go I went to many NJ dealers and was very discouraged by their sale tactics and dishonesty. I decided to try Lexus of Greenwich based off of all the good reviews. From the moment, I stepped into the dealership (pre-owned side), Dave went above and beyond with all the questions I had on the car and its history. He gave me extra advice and was very patient with me through out the whole process. He didn't give me any pressure at all and gave my wife and I time alone to talk about the details. He provided coffee and water while we were waiting and even showed me all the nice supercars around the area. My RX350 had some transmission issues within the first few days but Dave scheduled service quickly and had service come pick up my car from my apartment in NJ and got a nice NX200 loaner while I got a brand new transmission installed. Car is running without any issues as all. I was also missing some repair tools from my RX350 and got all that covered as well. Price and value of service can't be beat! More

Amazing service I called Dave over the phone and told him what car I was interested in. He got me all the numbers and everything I needed within minutes. I sent him all documents from previous lease that was necessary to move forward on the lease. Three days later (after snow storm) I picked up my new car. The registration took a few days after that, but once it was ready he drove to my job and installed my plates and registration sticker to my car. I love my car and received OUTSTANDING service. After looking at pre-owned SUVs from other car makers, he decided on a Lexus RX. We found a 2008 RX400h at Lexus of Greenwich and worked with Dave Miller throughout the sales process. At the dealership, we really appreciated Dave's patience in answering all of our questions before, during, and after the test drive. Dave was courteous in creating a no-pressure environment which gave us the space and time to work through our purchase decision. Dave Miller went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He made sure I was in the right car for me and that its specifications met what I was looking for. He gave me suggestions and advice along the way but in no way was he pushy. Before my deal closed, I had a few minor questions and was looking for additional information. As both my sales and finance persons were unavailable at that time, one of the Managers named Louis Rivera called me back to make sure all of my questions were address and provided me with the information I needed (thank you Louis!)
