You can post it as-is or tweak the tone if you’d like: ⸻ I’ve loved coming to Atlantic Honda for my leases and have been a loyal customer for about 14 years. They always work with me, and I truly appreciate that. While I wish my payments would go down instead of up, I know part of that is on me due to mileage. We worked with Angel for many years and he will definitely be missed. He recommended Arrod, who handled our current lease, and I have to say he is awesome. He’s not pushy at all and really takes the time to understand your needs, which makes the process so much better. I do love my new CR-V, but I’m disappointed that Honda removed SiriusXM. Not being able to use it directly through the car anymore is frustrating. Even though I have the app, I can’t change stations using the steering wheel or screen the same way, which means I have to look down more—something that can be distracting and unsafe. I really hope Honda brings this feature back. I am also a bit disappointed with the fact that they took away the free oil changes and only give one. That was a nice perk. Coming from a Passport Sport, I admit I was spoiled. I miss features like the automatic trunk, and it does feel like a downgrade even though I’m paying more for the CR-V. Hopefully next time I’ll be able to move up to the next model. That said, I am never disappointed with Atlantic Honda or their staff. They consistently provide great service, and that’s why I keep coming back. More

This dealership does not follow through on their promises and actively avoids you at all costs. They would rather their customers spend a month waiting to hear back regarding issues they caused, than help. S and actively avoids you at all costs. Such a shame that the sales manager lies and ignores constant calls, without even calling back or leaving a voicemail. It's unlikely they can redeem themselves because at this point it's been a month of waiting, surely they can't be so busy as to not give one call. More

The sale/lease experience was easy. The salesman, Gabe was pleasant the entire process. The general Manager, David, was also pleasant and helpful during the signing process. I experienced a minor issue, after receiving the vehicle that was a covered under a courtesy extended from the dealership for six months. These include free fob replacement, paintless dent repair, glass coverage, etc. I got a chip in the front windshield at only 70 miles. The manager told me the chip was too big. I went to Safelite and was told it was too small. Feeling like Goldilocks, I asked the service manager, Liz about it. She had it repaired without hesitation and completely. A real pleasure to deal with, Liz cares for the customer after the sale is completed. Another issue was a dent in the rear tailgate of my Pilot. I was told it was in a hard place to fix and was too big. Luckily, I had taken photos of the car in the showroom and the dent was seen in the photo, therefore had to fixed. Liz, once again came through for me. Advise to new buyers is to cover yourself because it appears that the free coverage for the six months is a challenge to the sales to deflect and not cover the issue at first. More
