Isabelle is a knowledgeable service writer. I have only had oil changes done and no problem. Once brought in for decrease in gas mileage in new truck from 24mpg to 17 mpg on same highway and fe I have only had oil changes done and no problem. I will try to have them look at the issue again without Dave giving excuses. My experience with Madden Ford has been excellent except for Dave and excuses.
