Isabelle is a knowledgeable service writer. I have only had oil changes done and no problem. Once brought in for decrease in gas mileage in new truck from 24mpg to 17 mpg on same highway and fe I have only had oil changes done and no problem. I will try to have them look at the issue again without Dave giving excuses. My experience with Madden Ford has been excellent except for Dave and excuses. Sales was great and I expect service will be fine too! More
