Purchased a 2022 F 250 that was blue oval/gold star certified pre owned. When ready to leave with purchased vehicle sun roof did not slide open. This required 2 weeks to be fixed. After a few weeks certified pre owned. When ready to leave with purchased vehicle sun roof did not slide open. This required 2 weeks to be fixed. After a few weeks of driving brakes started squealing horribly, front end had a horrible vibration that was showing uneven wear on front passenger tire, and rear slider would not open unless manually done by hand. Also an issue with blinker indicator light flashing rapidly. I went back to the dealership that I purchased the vehicle figuring things would go smoothly. After service department finally got back to me with a diagnosis they neglected to see the warranty coverage and proceeded to give me a $2500 dollar quote. Finally, after some back-and-forth and with the warranty coverage waited two weeks to receive vehicle. Unfortunately, it was said in notes that breaks were checked and were okay. Picked up vehicle on a friday night and before driving off lot found rear Slider still not fixed and after driving a day found brakes continuing to squeal horribly. Also, indicator light still flashing rapidly for turn signal. All of these things were assured to me were fixed. Due to these inconveniences and the reassurance that things were fixed which were not, I do not feel I will be making a return visit to Jack Madden Ford. More

I’ve been twice to this dealer. We tried a quick and cost free fix for a modeled fabric shield under the truck.
