Dave, did a great job went above and beond to make a sale. we spent several weeks working with Dave and started out looking at used Edges then looked at used F150 and I am a V8 man from the 60"s and that's wha we spent several weeks working with Dave and started out looking at used Edges then looked at used F150 and I am a V8 man from the 60"s and that's what I wanted however we left with a 2017 F150 v6 2.7 twin turbo because of the gas mileage and love the truck. Another great buying experience at Palm Bay Ford Dave Pariso was extremely helpful and patient in helping us find the right vehicle. We started our journey with Mickey Fields, but we ended up workin Dave Pariso was extremely helpful and patient in helping us find the right vehicle. We started our journey with Mickey Fields, but we ended up working with his partner, Dave Pariso due to the times we were available. Once Mickey hooked my husband up with Dave, he called Dave several times and asked questions. We weren't sure if we wanted an Edge or a Truck, if we wanted to go new or used and Dave was great letting us test drive different vehicles and decide what we liked best. Dave and also Tom were helpful in asking us questions to help us think about what we really wanted so we wouldn't be disappointed later. In the end, we got a new F150 vs used and found we didn't need a V8 with the new twin 2.6 turbo, but did find that we needed the GPS. We are so glad we got that GPS. We love our truck!! But I can say Dave has helped at almost every single way of the car buying process and has gone above his duty to make sure his people are taken care of. I appreciate every little step that he has taken on direction with the car I have purchased and would recommend when buying a car from Palm Bay Ford to go to Dave Pariso! Wishing the service department could take some customer service lessons from this man. But Glenn at the head of the service department does a real fine well at keeping his people in track over there as well. More
