We started our journey with Mickey Fields, but we ended up working with his partner, Dave Pariso due to the times we were available. Once Mickey hooked my husband up with Dave, he called Dave several times and asked questions. We weren't sure if we wanted an Edge or a Truck, if we wanted to go new or used and Dave was great letting us test drive different vehicles and decide what we liked best. Dave and also Tom were helpful in asking us questions to help us think about what we really wanted so we wouldn't be disappointed later. In the end, we got a new F150 vs used and found we didn't need a V8 with the new twin 2.6 turbo, but did find that we needed the GPS. We are so glad we got that GPS. We love our truck!! I would like to point out that no where is perfect and no one is perfect. But I can say Dave has helped at almost every single way of the car buying process and has gone above his duty to make sure his people are taken care of. I appreciate every little step that he has taken on direction with the car I have purchased and would recommend when buying a car from Palm Bay Ford to go to Dave Pariso! Wishing the service department could take some customer service lessons from this man. But Glenn at the head of the service department does a real fine well at keeping his people in track over there as well. More

Wonderful Experience with Dave I was in the market for a new car but would consider a used car with low mileage and I saw Palm Bay Ford online. I do not do small cars and Dave understood what I wanted and tried his hardest along with the Finance and Sales Managers to make sure I got what I wanted. I can say that I am happy customer with my car and I would recommend Dave and all the other Salesmen who helped me. Brent who is the Finance Manager was a great help as well. Purchase of a new 2016 Ford Edge Titanium Upon contacting Palm Bay Ford via email, Dave Pariso responded almost immediately. He was very accommodating to our schedule, as we had to reschedule our visit to look at the car twice. Upon arrival, we discovered that Dave had the car detailed and waiting for us to drive. Before our test drive, he gave us a brief overview of the key features of the car and a little bio of himself and his experience in the automotive field. The entire sales process was very smooth until we met with the finance manager, Justin Jarek. During the closing, several pieces of the paperwork were not correct and had to be edited by hand. His presentation of the extended warranty was a bit too aggressive and my wife said she did not feel comfortable dealing with him. That being said, after spending over 30 years in the dealership world myself, the F & I experience is rarely pleasant. Overall, we would definitely recommend Palm Bay Ford and especially Dave Pariso, to our friends and family. We LOVE the car! More
