On Dec. 28, 2020, I was in an accident in which my 2016 Toyota Corolla was totaled. I was very fond of this car and had been driving it for only 16 months. David Pates sold me that car in 2019. I told him what I was looking for and within a few days I was in a 2020 Corolla With both vehicles I told him my thoughts on monthly payment and financing terms. David delivered. I was treated on each visit (4) graciously and respectfully getting the answers to all of my questions, and additional information which helped me appreciate the vehicle I was considering. Dave, the sales person I worked with, took time to explain the nuances of the vehicle I'd purchased, and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions or needed more of his time.
